データファイルにいくつかの日付が不足している場合、この機能を使って全ての不足している日付のデータ行を挿入することができます。なお、閏年も反映します。
この機能を使うとき、カレンダー･パネル Calendar Panel が表われ、データファイルの最新の日付をチェックするように促します。
また、●日々データか、●週間データか、●不明かを、下図のようなウインドウで指定します。
重要 IMPORTANT NOTE:
この機能が正しく動作するには、休日のように市場が開かれない日についても、出来高ゼロでデータが存在していなければなりません。もしそうでないと、その時点から溯って、日付の挿入が正しく行われません。

Date Fill Function
For data files that lack dates for each data entry, the auto date fill feature
can be used to "back-fill" dates throughout the database.
If this feature is desired, Insider TA will request the date of the last
data line in the file utilizing the Calendar Panel.
Insider TA will also need to know whether the file represents WEEKLY or
DAILY data, because before dates can be filled, the time interval will need
to be known. So the following window will appear after the date has been
entered:

this information has been entered, Insider TA will then assign dates to
each of the entries in the database. Leap years are taken into account.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The auto-date fill feature requires that data entries for every trading
period (weekly or daily) be listed in the data file. This includes trading
periods when the stock didn't trade, which includes holidays (that is, "no-trade"
days). In these cases, data should have been entered with a zero volume.
If "no-trade" days are not accounted for in the data files,
then the auto date function will assign incorrect dates from the point of
the missing entry, back to the beginning of the data file.
