Options Panel (Options|Config)より「その他」（"Misc"）ページの当該個所をクリックし、チェックを外すことで止めることができます。

Quick
Stock Picker Menu
The
Quick Stock Picker Menu displays the same list of files previously
accessed from either the File Entry Panel or the File
Scan Utility.
It allows you to "quick pick" another stock without the need to
go back to the parent window.
Disabling the Quick
Stock Picker from appearing
You can disable
the Quick Stock Picker by accessing the Configuration Options Panel (Options|Config), advancing
to the "Misc" tab page, and deselecting the appropriate checkbox.
NOTE: When the Quick Stock Picker Menu has been disabled,
you can advance to the first, previous, next, and last stock in a list by
pressing the Home, PgUp, PgDn, and
End
keys.
This special keypad feature is enabled only when the Quick Stock
Picker Menu is disabled.
Making a selection
using keyboard characters:
Besides scrolling,
you can also advance to a specific entry using the keyboard characters.
First make sure the Quick Stock Pick window is the "active" window
on your desktop (click it's title bar to ensure this).
Enter the beginning characters of a known filename (for example, "I",
"B", "M"), and you'll observe the list immediately advances
to the first entries that begin with "I", then "IB",
and then "IBM". The File Entry Panel and Portfolio List Manager (used in data merging) have a similar
capability. When you see the entry you're searching for is now highlighted,
hit the RETURN key. Insider TA will load the stock. Since the Quick Stock
Pick window is still the "active" window (unless you interacted
with another window on your desktop, in which case you need to reclick it's
title bar to make it active again), enter characters for another stock and
the process repeats itself.
