Whenever the VA Line (shown above as a dashed blue line) has been inserted into the box chart (something that's done by clicking the VA Line button), you will see a label at the right end of the viewport that summarizes how the Volume Analyzer (abbreviated "VA") line has performed:

VA is similar to On Balance Volume function. The Up Volume to Down Volume ratio, or "UV/DV", helps quantify the volume demand of the hosted stock.

• a UV/DV value greater than 1 reflects a rising VA Line (asking price tends to dominate bid price).
• a UV/DV value less than 1 reflects a falling VA Line (bid price tends to dominate asking price).
